Real-Time Tracking
Smart Lock – Secure Unlock. Only the customer can unlock the Smart Lock. Just place your phone next to it — the secure code activates, opens the lock, and instantly disappears. Monitored 24/7 by Safety Eats representatives.
Bluetooth Locked
The patented Safety Eats Smart Lock secures the insulated bag during transit, ensuring protected delivery at all times. Using Bluetooth and AI technology, Safety Eats establishes a verified chain of custody between the restaurant, driver, and customer. The restaurant scans the Smart Lock, secures the order, and sends a unique source code to the customer. Once the code is issued, the driver begins delivery immediately. The customer receives a notification 30 seconds before arrival through the Safety Eats app.
Secure Unlock
The customer receives a unique, one-time source code directly to their phone. This code is exclusively generated for that specific delivery and cannot be reused or duplicated. When the delivery arrives, the customer simply enters the code to unlock the device. The lock will only open when the correct code is entered, ensuring that:
- Only the intended customer can access the contents
- The delivery remains fully secure during transit
- There is no risk of tampering, contamination, or unauthorized access
